They claim Maria Butina came to White House with the Russian delegation (when Trump met them last year). Here's the photo. They claim Butina is the red headed chick (far right of the photo).
Turns out is is a White House NSC staffer. Some reporters had to delete their tweets after they were informed it was not Butina.
But, maybe it was Butina and Trump's WH is lying. Butina below:

I'm kind of glad it was MUH Russians and not something like MUH Libyans or MUH Kenyans. The benefit of MUH Russians is the women are of much better quality.

One of the biggest populations of red heads live in Russia - second only to Scotland. They are called Udmurts and live in Western Russia.

Her eyebrows are dark, so I assumed it was a dye job. Could be wrong. In any case, Grand Jury today returned her indictment as a second offense which carries a higher potential penalty.
