High probability those are all developers. Even higher probability they're not US citizens and can't leave the job or they lose their H1B and risk deportation.

Don’t really have any context on the first photo, but I’m just going to make a bold assessment of the contrast between the second photo.
Look at all those women. Women who spent time on their make up, hair, outfits, etc. not just on that day, but for practically their entire adult lives. Every single day their time is eaten away by that shite when they could have been learning to code. Now, take a look at all those men in the second pic. Those muhfrickas do nothing but code and play video games. They’ve done nothing but those two things for practically their entire lives.
Who would you keep around?

Learn how to code is such a stupid thing to tell kids/people. I’d prefer, learn a trade. Learn supply chain management skills. Learn engineering. Learn medical. Those are the jobs/skills you want when the economy goes to shite.
