I mean, she was breaking into a government building. In virtually any other instance, the board would have handed out the "play stupid games" and/or "comply or die" cards. Instead, she's a martyr.

How’s he feel about the Floyd situation?

I got nothing from here on this case

you don't kick your way into a federal buildings with a gun pointed at your head "stop"

she didn't listen

end of story
Yep. This is the exact boilerplate I would have expected from the board 99% of the time.

So you have no problem if the rioters in Minneapolis, Seattle, Portland, Chicago, were shot and killed right?

I hope this guy gets justice somehow.

The demprogs' double standard undermines respect for the entire criminal justice system. They don't even try to hide it anymore.

The killer cop will be sued in civil court. The swamp's kangaroo court is a rotten joke.

Well, that's true. If Ashli Babbitt had caused Nadler to run away from her, he would have died from a heart attack.

Why are they pretending that they aren’t happy that she was shot dead?

If you take this reporters words at face value then where is the investigation into the two guys who broke the window out and then disappeared? What about the police officers who were beside and behind her who made no attempt to restrain her? No warning shot?

It all looked like a setup to me and then no transparent investigation makes it look much more suspicious.

And you would be saying she was murdered by police. Weird how you’re a duplicitous motherfricker.

Ashli Babbitt was unfortunately at the wrong place at the wrong time. The officer had to make a call in a serious clusterfrick scenario of major proportions. One option, the better in my opinion, would have been to subdue her, handcuff, etc. if she happens to break through. The other officers would continue to try and hold off the other protesters. Just awful that she lost her life unnecessarily.

Oh so they aren't going to start out with an apology that this was not a coordinated coup according to the FBI? Still searching for papers to own up to that lie they still spew...

In the future then that makes tens of thousands of BLM rioters fair game.

Yeah...I'm not reading that horse shite. I watched them allow and applaud the Riots of 2020, so I have no interest in their take on this.

Not to mention, The La Times just called this guy the Black face of White Supremacy, so they can go frick themselves with a chainsaw.

Correct!

Had we not witnessed months on end of violent riots throughout American cities with ZERO live rounds fired at protesters, regardless of whether or not they attacked federal buildings or officers....THEN most here would have done exactly as you suggest.

But, we all witnessed the Summer and Fall of 2020 and no actual ramifications for these types of actions.

Essentially, what you're advocating is a double standard, which is why most here are supporting Babbit.

Maybe not.

However, even if we concede (for the sake of argument):

A. She might have been a little rowdy, and

B. She might have been guilty of some level of criminal conduct,

...she was also not armed and not a threat to kill/cause great bodily harm to someone else justifying the use of lethal force.

"Now imagine she was black."
