Zelensky was working to stop corruption,

Meanwhile, Zelenskiy is cracking down on corruption in his government, a campaign that appears to reflect determination to demonstrate that it can be a steward of billions of dollars in Western aid and shed a reputation for endemic graft.

So Zelensky is cracking down on corruption because his grift has been exposed?

That isn’t exactly the slam dunk you seem to think.

No one had said there was no corruption in Ukraine. There’s been corruption there for decades. I’m just pointing out the article says that Zelensky who is not part of their old guard is reported to be trying to clean things up and the poster left that out of his OP.

Obiously the writer did not lead with it because he too thought it laughable.

You started the thread, and left out major parts of an article you were putting up for discussion.

Why put an article up for discussion if you don’t trust the author?

Absolutely.

The problem is nobody not already serving is going to sign up to fight for Ukraine. A false flag of some sort is necessary to drum up support and it would have to be a huge one.

Russia is probably in on it and well apprised of Washington's movements. Both of them are making lots of money.

We are sending tanks yet still openly trading with them. This little war is a farce.

Maybe the Pentagon can recruit some more trannies to fill quotas.

That about sums up every war fought by this nation in my lifetime.

That will never happen, at least U.S. troops. And, I certainly don’t think Germanhipstersproketvonpunks will be lining up to volunteer.

Civilians die in war, the US killed millions of them, so you want to hear about the atrocity of one apt building, how about Ukraine killing Crimeans simply because they want their freedom? Donbas ditto, until Putin put a stop to it and the west insists the killings continue

Putin sent in Wagner mercenaries and RU troops to grab the gas fields in Eastern Ukraine and offshore Crimea to maintain Russian energy monopoly over EU. Putin needs to control the energy markets so he can subsidize residential and manufacturing natural gas and fuel costs to maintain power.

He doesn't care about the "Russians" in Ukraine. That is why forced conscription of those poor dumb souls in Luhansk and Donnabas done. Poor bastards have been used them as cannon fodder while "good" Russians in Moscow party and celebrate Russia's "territorial gains".

If Putin pours in the recently reported extra 500,000 that drastically changes the equation.

Sending in 100 Leopard/Abrams tanks will be a waste of money. Also the purported lanes of attack that Russia may use with a feint from the North and full scale operations emanating from Crimea which brings it close to NATO Romania.

Wonder if that prosecutor in the Ukraine who Biden browbeat into submission using the threat of withholding from them our tax money as leverage to coax him into ending his investigation of Hunter is considered corrupt.

Or is he the only person in the Ukraine who is not corrupt.

Or does none of that matter, and he still deserves to be maimed or worse by Russian armaments.

And as goes corruption in its purest form, after witnessing what's gone on here in D.C. and in some states in this grand ole Republic since 2015, how in the hell do we have the right to use that term as a pejorative against anybody else.
