Who gives a frick what some random (probably not random) douchebags in a diner think?
Why are so many on the right falling into the trap of poll driven politics, especially at this early stage?
The election process allows the candidates to not just be vetted themselves, but for ideas to be incubated and forged in fire.
Trump had a lot of positives but also a lot of baggage.
DeSantis is a lesser known entity than Trump, but he seems to be doing very well as Governor. So far, his baggage seems to be that RINO’s like him (because they hate Trump).
IMO, we’ve got several strong conservative candidates that I would vote for over ANY Democrat.
But it’s about the policy proposals not just the candidate. Most of the policy proposals haven’t even been decided or declared yet, much less vetted and refined.
Quit cheer leading for one guy over another until we know more.

Trump was unhinged. I get that he was trying to provoke Joe into going off and threatening him (on national TV where it can't be hidden like the Biden campaign stop incidents) but Biden didn't ( or was sedated) and Trump do looked foolish. Trump may win one liners but in actual debate vs Ron. I think he have to resort to grandstanding.
This is what I don't get with the Trump is God crowd. He got owned in that debate. Either his hubris or ineptitude ... The Dems got the moderator and the concessions...and still all trump had to do was tout his successes and actually debate but he didn't. And he lost a lot of people with his lunacy
