Interesting that the headline calls Candice Owens “far right,” even though she’s merely a conservative in the traditional sense.

So I was at a dinner with several friends a few weeks ago (many of whom are liberal). The topic of Kanye came up. I've never really been a fan of his, although I like some of his songs, so I just expected to stay quiet while they fawned over him. I was surprised to hear just about everyone say bad things about him. Everyone seemed to be over him, and many expressed adoration for Kendrick Lamar and how he's doing "such important work" for "people of color." (I called this bullshite unless he was suddenly rapping about the importance of getting an education or a skill, not having kids out of wedlock, and emphasizing personal responsibility. Of course he isn't.)

I now understand why they're over Kanye. He appears to be far off the Democrat plantation and they don't like it.
