Emhoff, the designer, model and stepdaughter of Vice President Kamala Harris, is using her newly minted status as an idiosyncratic, Gen-Z style icon to explain why she thinks the notoriously shaggy mullet haircut — “business in the front, party in the back” — is “cool” and “chic” in its peculiarly “ugly” way.
In the new issue of Vogue, Emhoff is featured getting a professional touchup for the mullet she gave herself during COVID-19 lockdown in her New York City apartment.
“I feel like in the past, the mullet was deemed unattractive and kind of odd, and I’m really drawn to that almost ugly-chic look,” the 21-year-old design school graduate told Vogue.

It’s sad. Humans are built to struggle, fight, and work, and I don’t mean this in a desperate way, as we are also meant to love, learn, and grow. But when you have nothing to work, strive and fight for, you make up your own fights and feelings of oppression. These people are so coddled that they have to either pretend they are oppressed or that they are fighting for the same. The best part is that they are what they hate.

Honestly, we should celebrate this. Here’s how I’m hoping Biden exits: a black journalist asks Biden a question he doesn’t like, he then tells the journalist where Hunter learned that dirty word he said earlier this week and calls him stupid on top of that and uses the hard R at the end, he has to resign for senility and being a racist, and then the average American is exposed what they voted FOR rather than what they voted AGAINST. This will be my position for the rest of this election cycle after Kamala Harris can no longer be ignored.
