Which NFL team would you replace your starter with Kaepernick?
If one doesn't even consider the poison he would bring to a team, I would seriously doubt he could start at more than 3 teams.
And only because those 3 teams are awful and are waiting to select a QB in the draft.

If you go back an look at his last two years, his stats were atrocious.
Of all QBs that played, in all the games of those two seasons he was either last or next to last in every stat that mattered.
