Lots of things are a "real thing" but that statement doesn't come close to meeting the harsh standard required of Libel by Implication.

And you are using moronic statements by Trump to justify your own moronic statements.

You have just missed the whole point of this thread.

Thomas is basically saying that just because someone is a "public" figure they shouldn't be able to be defamed or libeled.

We are talking about allowing public figures to have the same rights as people who aren't considered public figures.
