Actual crimes like bribery and obstruction of justice were not included in the articles of impeachment. The only TWO articles of impeachment were crimes that were made up by House Democrats. Come on, folks. “Abuse of power” and “obstruction of congress” aren’t real crimes. This is by far the most watered down, flimsiest attempt to impeach a president in history. It’s shamefully desperate.

They are “tack on” charges not tacked onto anything. Should be and have been called out for this ridiculousness.

I think even if Democrats somehow retain the House, Pelosi and Schiff will get the boot for putting moderates in this position.

I like when Nadler read the lawyers letter saying that the White House wouldn’t participate in the impeachment then twisted into the president said we aren’t allowed to have an impeachment inquiry lmfao. These are not serious people and this is literally what they do with everything.

They are simply proceeding to impeach him. It is all they ever hoped for since 2016. The emotional high in taking the House back in 2018 was not that they could do anything constructive. It was not that they could thwart Trump but that they could impeach him. That's the only thing that drives them. If in the future our country was at risk from an adversary they are not serious enough people to actually save our country.
