Gas has gone up about 20cents per gallon here, since the election. $1.99.9 right now.

yup cheapest gas near me in nashville went from 1.85 to 2.20 yesterday

Obama did this one. Saw him do it on twitter. Biden may do the next, we’ll see. My bet is Obama will do it again. I don’t know though. All I know is Trump didn’t do it, he said so.

So you don't understand how stricter Federal regulations and threats of strict regulations,for drilling and getting fuel to market, cause gas prices to rise drastically?

Biden is expected to cap domestic drilling. Trump opened up drilling even in Alaska. Trump also got the Keystone pipeline finished where Obama kept blocking cause the oil was being transported in on Warren Buffet's trains.

Same in Connecticut. Did some internet sleuthing and found that the rise is due to crude oil price increases. Note: although there is a surplus of oil. Wonder if we're being set up for future and higher price increases now that a "new" administration is about to change all the gains of the past 4 years.

Actually I think they (the democrats in power) do realize. However they do not want their base to realize that so they have create these smokescreens like the Russian collusion, Impeachment and covid to name a few. When you got Nancy yelling Trump is unhinged, sadly many of her followers believe this. Trump stopped the Clinton, Bush, Obama train when he defeated Hillary.

There has been an increase of the price of oil over the past couple of days due to Saudi Arabia announcing that they will cut their output.
This has nothing to do with the USA or Biden.
That is why you are seeing gas prices rise.

I'm in the O&G industry. I want it to be at least $60/barrel for job security. It's currently at $52. A couple of months ago it was below $40

Gas will be back up to $4 in no time.
