The people who think Kavanaugh is guilty do so because of identity politics. She's a woman and he's a man. They do this even though no prosecutor in the country would even charge him, much less bring it before a jury. This is no different than a 1950's Mississippi juror who convicted a man because he was black or acquitted a man because he was white. Identity politics is evil and contrary to our legal system, period.
