This doesn't even make sense. The President is supposed to bear witness against himself? That's not how due process works. A defendant is not required to say a damn thing nor provide the prosecution with assistance. If the dems had evidence, they should have presented it. The burden is on them to prove the case. Instead they spent the trial whining about shite and grandstanding.

I'll take that as an adverse inference and tacit admission of guilt.
