Judge says - Scarborough's Medical Examiner showed: "fraud, dishonesty, unethical conduct"

Dr. Michael Berkland was the Medical examiner in the Lori Klausutis death.
This excerpt is from Berkland's Missouri misconduct hearing:
Report from journalists Chris George and Denis Wright. Wright has disappeared from most attempts at a Google search. Anyone have any info on what this excellent journalist is doing now?
Trump's team should see this 5 page report (if they haven't seen it already). It is chock full of well documented information. The above excerpt is the tip of the iceberg... really.

“defendant poses a substantial probability of serious danger to the health, safety and welfare of his patients, clients and/or the residents of Missouri.” The court continued that “respondent’s conduct as set forth herein constitutes misconduct, fraud, misrepresentation, dishonesty, unethical conduct and unprofessional conduct in the practice of medicine.” It also stated that Berkland exhibited incompetence and negligence and barred him from performing autopsies or from serving as a medical examiner in the state.

Trump certainly is pushing an agenda by staying laser-focused on this issue yet any news report which does not mention the indisputable reality that Micheal Berkland — the medical examiner who ruled on Klausutis’ death — was incompetent, wholly corrupt and very likely a criminally insane quack is likewise pushing an agenda.
The following “PolitiFact” piece fails to mention any question about Berkland’s past incompetence and the disturbing revelation that the not-so-good doctor was a ghoul who illegally stockpiled body parts in a rented storage facility like Hannibal Lector.
None of this proves Joe Scarborough killed the intern but something stinks to high heaven about this entire affair.

It is despicable to continue to drag that man through the death OF his wife over and over again. That young woman had an undiagnosed heart valve problem that caused her to black out. Unfortunately, she blacked out and hit her head against the sharp edge of a desk in the office in Florida. That caused her death according to the autopsy/medical examiner's report. Scarborough was in DC and had announced his intent to leave Congress two months prior.
No evidence exists to suggest it happened any other way. Trump is despicable to continue to tweet unfounded charges to his 80 million followers. Leave that guy and his family alone.

It's vile and ghoulish to ignore potential homicide because the accused aligns with your political beliefs.
I don't care if it's a (r) or (d), if they killed another, the perpetrator should be held accountable. I don't know what the case is here, but there seems to be an awful lot of chicanery around the investigation into this girls death.
We should want an open/transparent investigation regardless of party....Apparently some people don't believe that. They are intellectually and morally bankrupt.

Berkland's post draws specific, firm conclusions which are less certain than he insinuates. However, nothing he suggests in his PM is anywhere close to corrupt or implausible.
As posted previously, Scarborough's claims of Klausutis' poor health, and joking about her death with Don Imus are beyond bizarre. They would support Trump's PsychoJoe claim, but not homicide.
