Judge Orders Hunter Biden Back to Court, Says Burden Is on Him to Avoid Jail Time

Hunter Biden has been ordered to appear in an Arkansas court next month to face questions about his financial status and defend himself against contempt allegations that could carry a penalty of up to six months in jail.
The Monday order from Arkansas Circuit Court Judge Holly Meyer came weeks after Lunden Alexis Roberts, the mother of Biden’s four-year-old daughter, asked the court to hold Biden in both civil and criminal contempt for failing to turn over requested financial information. Biden has been fighting to reduce his $20,000-per-month child support payments, which he says he can no longer afford.
The July 10 hearing could further complicate Biden’s legal issues, which include a federal tax probe and a House Oversight Committee investigation into potential influence-peddling by the Biden family.
Judge Meyer said Biden must appear in July to "show cause, if any exists, why he should not be held in contempt" and to "determine if a finding of contempt and sanctions are appropriate." The judge said she will consider a range of penalties, including fines and "incarceration for criminal contempt for a period of up to six months."

Judge Meyer is about to tragically shoot herself in the back of the head three times and then jump off a bridge with concrete shoes. Afterwards, the coroner will rule this a suicide and then mysteriously drown in a shallow pool.

Yeah seems like a lot for a non-spouse and just a hookup. They literally moved that stripper up into a different lifestyle level for being a whore, and that shouldn't be the case. 5k month is more reasonable especially in Arkansas.

how so? hunter has $50 million dollar income, and thats not even counting his world famous paintings he sells
for the inco9me level he has she should be getting at least $150k every month. just go look at what rich people have to pay, he shouldnt be getting the shift workers pay scale child support payments
for you and me thats a lot, but not for the million dollar incomes of the bidens
its not based on the need or lifestyle of the woman, its 100% based solely on the income of the father

It’s for the child, not hers. He can always fight for custody and likely have it reduced. But since he’s staying out of the child’s life he simply has to pay what he likely pays towards the kids he does accept.
