Judge halts Biden vaccine mandate for health workers in 10 states

A federal court on Monday temporarily halted the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for health workers at hospitals that receive federal funding.
The ruling by a Missouri-based federal judge applies to health care employees in the 10 states that sued to block the administration’s Nov. 5 rule.
U.S. District Judge Matthew Schelp, a Trump appointee, appeared persuaded by the states’ argument that the mandate would lead to staffing shortages.
“The scale falls clearly in favor of healthcare facilities operating with some unvaccinated employees, staff, trainees, students, volunteers and contractors, rather than the swift, irremediable impact of requiring healthcare facilities to choose between two undesirable choices — providing substandard care or providing no healthcare at all,” Schelp wrote in a 32-page order.

Which 10 states? The article fails to mention which ones.

The Hill didn't tell us what the ten states are. Just that the judge is "Missouri Based"
And this judge is a Trump Appointee. At least the Left couldn't stop Trump and Turtle from putting decent judges on the federal bench.

Biden and his Marxist handlers are encroaching on the powers belonging to the states.
In their one-size-fits-all foolishness, they aren't even considering natural immunity. Biden is a senile old fool with power derived from massive fraud.

Again.
This was supposed to be already codified & in place, wasn’t it? Pretty sure it was.

I asked someone this question earlier, but haven't gotten a response...
So lets say you are in Texas, Florida, Tennessee... States that have laws/EO's on the books banning Mandates. A number of companies came out and said "Federal supersedes State, so we are following the OSHA declaration"
Well now that OSHA has suspended the mandate implementation and enforcement, if a company in that state still pushes forward under the guise of "OSHA may win in court", could an employee refuse and if punished sue?

Any of those hospitals that has been firing people will be in for big time liability if anybody dies due to “staffing issues”
Personal injury lawyers in those ten states are licking their chops

So have hospitals been guilty of providing substandard care all along? Or does that come with the introduction of the vacccine?
So much for essential workers, heroes, etc.

Why are Louisiana and Mississippi not on this list?

They didn't join THIS suit. They are a part of a separate group of states who filed to a different court about a week later. About a week or so behind the first group.
