The state on taxes for one. Secondly, you don’t judge fraudulent documents differently just because things worked out with the bank. That’s not how things work. If the numbers provided were incorrect, it’s fraud for submitting them. You can’t have businesses submitting documents that aren’t correct and then let them off because everything worked out.
