State Secret Privilege is a common law practice, and its definitely a normal part of litigation with the government.
But, there are normal procedures the trump administration is not going through.
one of them being a declaration from a department head l.
So the judge has ordered either they produce the information or finally invoke the privilege.
and somehow, that’s upsetting to you.
Even the DOJ lawyers are sorta tiptoeing around whether they are going to formally assert this privilege.

He needs prison. Examples need to be made, they are trying to prevent the administration from fulfilling its electoral mandate. Or he’s deporting non gang members who are seeking asylum in American under our asylum laws while invoking a doctrine to avoid having to show that they are gang members.
