I don't like this one at all, but it appears if he even says anything the admin. deems in support of terrorism, he can be tossed without due process.

so, again, exactly what did THIS guy do, which gave the government a "reasonable basis" with believing that he supports terrorism?

I don't know, I guess the Nazis attempting to deport him will make a case.

I think he will get his day in court with his legal team, in front of an immigration judge.

Harry is uber libertarian and my guess is he doesn't like seeing someone punished for speech.

I'm pretty sure he gets to sit in front of an immigration judge first.

Funny to hear that from you, since Obama and Biden and the neocons created the war in Yemen, stoked Ukraine, stoked Israel/Hamas, and stoked the current quagmire in Syria

Look, if he was sending money to Hamas, toss him.

If he was beating up Jewish students, toss him.

If he was blocking students' access to class, now we're getting into murkier waters, but I guess you can say he was denying people their rights or whatever, toss him.

If he was just screaming at people or chanting death to Israel, that's pretty weak to deport him for.

"Trespassing" idk, also really weak.
