I meant they as in collective. I do feel bad for the ones that don't want it, especially the ones that won't be able to leave NYC. There are going to be alot of people that will have to decide to just leave their real estate to the bank or stay. They won't likely be able to sell for a profit for long.

If Stewart is propping him up then I cannot believe anything he says anymore. I used to look at him as someone ok the other side that was worth listening to.
