I don’t think this ruling was settled, but still, Bush’s legacy has taken a huge hit IMO with Roberts. Anyone hear about the blackmail on Roberts’s adoption? Some said it was used as blackmail on him with his Obamacare vote...Don’t know if the rumor had any legs?

He's part of the Deep State. When the Deep State was a certain outcome, he votes accordingly. Trump needs to nominate 1 or 2 more SCOTUS judges.

A vote for Trump is a vote for a Constitutionalist Supreme Court.

The Deep State has something on him. The measure of his decisions is unbalanced. He leans right in virtually all lower profile decisions. When it is a decision with implications that are perceived large to the Left, he sides with them. It doesn’t make sense for a reason. “They” have something on him.

Obama administration finished what The New York Times started in 2005, when Roberts was nominated to the Supreme Court –unsealing the private adoption papers for Roberts’ children.

Roberts is the result of Democrats forcing GOP presidents to nominate moderates while the GOP Senators allow DNC to nominate left extremists. Sandra Day O'Connor and Kennedy were arseholes from Reagan.

That’s why Reid’s dumb arsed rule change, while GOP was acting DNC like, was heaven sent. Neither Gorsuch or Kavanaugh could have been confirmed before.

Now with 51 GOP Senators or 50 GOP Senators and a GOP VP real reliable conservatives can be put on court.

Since Nixon, GOP nominated 13 justices to Democrats 4! We can only hope, under Trump and the Senate under the Nuclear Option, we finally get real conservatives.

Now while Roberts is scum with Obamacare and baby killing, he is better than Nixon’s liberal Blackmun or moderate Powell; Ford’s liberal Stevenson; Reagan’s moderates O’Connor and Kennedy; and GHWB’s liberal Souter.
