There is no universal rule. States can do what they want regarding elections up to the point that electors are chosen by the state legislature.

She was the mother of a Senator and former Presidential candidate. John had a long life in politics after serving his country in the military. Like him or hate him, which is most of us, he is still a political figure and his mother passing at 108 deserves a thread.

See was married to a true American hero, and gave birth to a Frat Boy who partied like it was 1999. Thumbs up for being a great Navy Wife.

Looks like the odds are somewhere in the neighborhood of 1 in 50,000 for women and 1 in 100,000 for men.

I would have guessed 1 in a million.
