Anyone that has to be constantly urged, prodded or cajoled into reluctantly voting probably hasn't learned enough to make an informed vote.

Souls to the polls is everything wrong with our community. People are voting according to what is on the ticket that's provided to them. They aren't walking in the booth making an informed decision. It's pathetic.
