I don't have a legal background, FlexDawg, but my hunch has always been that Barr was engaging in a rope-a-dope of sorts by saying that certain people were not targets of the investigation. If my hunch is right, then Barr is really saying that these people aren't targets "as of now." That makes all the difference in the world.

I still have confidence in Durham. But frankly, I'm tired of butting heads with the "nothing"s ever gonna happen" crowd, so why don't we all just agree to sit back and let this thing play out.

I will say this, though. I don't agree with anybody who says everything is on the table until Trump leaves office in 2025. Imo, that's ludicrous. There is a relevant time frame for these FISAGATE/SPYGATE criminals to be formally indicted, and that's 2020-2021. If it doesn't happen by then, then I'll admit that the "nothing's ever gonna happen" crowd was right.

That won't even be the hard part. The hard part will be watching the only legitimate chance we had to save this country circling the drainpipe.

But for now, I still think it's happening. Stay tuned.

You say that, but he is a spoke in the wheel. He’s not some lone wolf that did this on his own. He should be accountable as well as the people above him. That’s what makes all of this so fricked up.
