I don't agree with public figures not being able to sue for shite like this. Claiming Trump raped 30 women should put this guy either in jail or losing everything he owns

It is defamatory per se because he has accused Trump of a crime. I am pretty sure Jay Sekulow could prove the NY Times v. Sullivan actual malice standard with ease.

Yessir, if these particular people are at a crossroads where they are actually refraining from just making up out of whole cloth something like "Rudy Giuliani met with a Russian intelligence agent in a cafe in Uzbekistan and took possession of Hunter Biden's stolen laptop"......if they're at a point where they're not will to do something that blatant and instead not overtly lying, something is seriously up.
