Yep, Rand has said he thinks he was spied on. This is sickening. Bongino speculates that US Intelligence was using help from Five Eyes(?) to "legally" spy on Americans b/c they couldn't do it outright themselves. He thinks Obama was definitely involved and says it's bigger than just Trump. This makes sense given what we are finding out now.
Bongino said in his book that using 5 eyes to circumvent the 4th amendment was a Brennan staple that he was eerily proud of.

May have worded wrong. Did Joe say if Obama will be indicted? He was involved no question. Just wondered if anyone said anything implicating Obama better lawyer up. Hopefully it does lead to him and Brennan, Comey say he was involved.
Honestly, I don't care if Obama goes behind bars; it would be enough for me to see him publically smeared with the truth. If he then chose to defy justice - in full view of his guilt - that would further cement his 'legacy' as one of being that of a liar and a cheat.
Or maybe he'll get honest, accept responsibility and tell the whole truth for once in his life. I wouldn't be the farm on that.
"Behold, I will send them great delusion that they will believe a lie" (Bible). Some thing just are.

Not sure why people would be surprised after he refused to give up his personal BlackBerry like required. Nothing will connect him to anything bc he was shady from the start.

I actually prefer Hillary behind bars but if Obama was involved in other things like uranium one then he needs justice also.

Don't know...wasn't GPS one of them? ETA: Yep, sure was! Zerohedge
From your link

And why would Fusion GPS hire Nellie Ohr? Aside from the obvious connection to her DOJ husband who was in a position to provide Fusion GPS with information on Trump gathered by US intelligence agencies, Nellie Ohr also represented the CIA's "Open Source Works" group in a 2010 "expert working group report on international organized crime" along with Bruce Ohr and Glenn Simpso
So I always thought Bruce was a conduit to get the dossier in to the DOJ. I never considered info could flow the other way to Fusion GPS as suggested here.
Huge if proven true.

I hope he’s correct. But Joe D is usually full of hot air.

Well he worked in & out of the FISC so I'd say he has a bit of an inside track. Plus, Bongino corroborates what he is saying through reports by liberal media outlets. I believe Mike Rogers was integral in all this.
The Uncovering – Mike Rogers’ Investigation, Section 702 FISA Abuse & the FBI
quote:
Here is the official explanation as provided by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence:
After submitting its 2016 Certifications in September 2016, the Department of Justice and ODNI learned, in October 2016, about additional information related to previously reported compliance incidents and reported that additional information to the FISC. The NSA also self-reported the information to oversight bodies, as required by law. These compliance incidents related to the NSA’s inadvertent use of U.S. person identifiers to query NSA’s “upstream” Internet collection acquired pursuant to Section 702.
The FISA Court was more direct in a 99-page April 26, 2017 unsealed FISA Court Ruling.
On October 24, 2016, the government orally apprised the Court of significant non-compliance with the NSA’s minimization procedures involving queries of data acquired under Section 702 using U.S. person identifiers. The full scope of non-compliant querying practices had not been previously disclosed to the Court. Two days later, on the day the Court otherwise would have had to complete its review of the certifications and procedures, the government made a written submission regarding those compliance problems…and the Court held a hearing to address them.
The unsealed FISA Court Ruling per what DiGenova just stated. See OP

Not clear how that would tie in to FISA
Bc these “third party contractors” were given access to the NSA databases by COMEY and the FBI to do FISA 702 “about queries”— in other words, they could type “Michael Cohen” (or any other name they wanted) into a search field and pull up every communication related to that name... THIS is where the “Michael Cohen went to Prague” story came from—- however, unbeknownst to them at the time, it was a DIFFERENT Michael Cohen from New York that traveled to Prague..this Cohen was an arts dealer. Unfortunately for the FBI & their contractors, they leaked this info to the media BEFORE figuring out it was a different Michael Cohen. And that put even more scrutiny on what they were doing with the 702s- only by the few reporters who were actually doing their jobs, of course- which is why it’s still not widely known amongst the general public...
When nsa Director mike Rodgers discovered the abuse, he reported it to fisa court and then shut off the access to the nsa databases... shortly after they were shut off is when the fbi and Fusion began hastily throwing the dossier together in order to get the fisa warrant on page (remember the first fisa application on page in late June/July was denied)
Sometime after all this, the fisa court released a report documenting all of the abuses they had found in their review, and listed the contractors that had access and performed thousands of illegal searches during that timeframe, but their names were and still are redacted in the public version of the report.,

As much as I want it to happen, how does the FBI not cover their tracks?
