First, they piped in applause, second, that is a pitiful excuse for a rally.
One of the comments said, "I live in Georgia and I see more signs for boiled peanuts than I do Joe Biden"
Not only is that true, but I've seen more people standing in line to buy boiled peanuts than he's pulling at that "rally"....

Attendance is laughable, but my question is how many people are they expecting at these "rallies"? There's been a few where they have the marked areas for people to sit/stand, and there are only like 20-30. Are they actually prepared for only that few people? I'm confused

I’m sure they’re restricting attendance out of fear of the Coof.
Thing is, you’re not hearing about the overwhelming demand for tickets to these events the way you are about Trump’s rallies. And whether they’re restricting them or not, the optics of these things Joe is hosting are terrible.
Trump hit him with it in one of the debates: if Joe could host rallies like Trump’s, he’d be doing it.
