There are no positive rights in the Constitution. Only negative rights. The government cannot infringe upon your right to bear arms but does not have to provide you with one.

Your health is a right. The responsibility for your health is your duty. The access to other people to care for your health is a purchased service.
Now this does not mean we shouldn't find the best possible ways to ensure everyone has a means to have access to this service. We should! But we ought not do so by having the government control the system nor by diminishing the quality of health care. We need to develop a system that helps empower people with the ability to acquire the means to access this health care, i.e. insurance.
How that is done is a complicated chore, but until we stop with the rhetoric we will never discover a way to do it.
