I don’t think it’s fair to blame her for Mother!’s poor box office. It’s an Aronofsky film so it’s basically more of an art project than a major motion picture. Plus it’s a weird combination of horror and religious/environmental allegories.

You should. Aronofsky may be the most interesting director out there. I think of him as the equivalent to a football team that runs the spread and never punts. May not always win but dammit you will be entertained.
