He has it on Twatter and sent a letter to FOX News saying this is not the person that was his sauce and to stayed tuned for more from project veritas.
So CBS fired the wrong person !
How Hilarious!

Who is dumber in this situation, ABC for naming the wrong guy or CBS firing him based on ABC naming him?

Wrongful dismissal and a litany if assorted charges by the fired employee.
By being named as a leader and fired over it, even without their name being made public, they are effectively blackballed from the industry.

What leads you to believe he was not an at will employee?
Those suits are almost never successful.

That doesn’t mean anything. ABC/CBS have basically said they don’t know if this person leaked the video, but they’re the one who “stole” it .... they could’ve given to someone else to leak

Why are you siding with the corporations over the worker, comrade?

Not siding with anyone just stating facts that the cheerleaders dont grasp.
A conservative would be cheering the fact, that so many are not shows you their true colors, just different flavor progressives.

If not, he's fricking stooooopid.

Quote one single thing I posted against the employee?
Just because you dont like something does not make it false or on one side or the other, it is simply a fact.

Are you under the impression contracts are not valid in NY?

Nope.
In “at will” states lawsuits are still effective for wrongful termination.
You’d be amazed what rights the employee has. I’ve seen people violating policy just short of criminal activity, but with plenty of documentation end up suing and winning in “at will” states.
On top of that, this will get plenty of attention which will make it worse for CBS if O’Keefe is telling the truth.

Will depend on the language used in the termination papers. If they tried to fire him for cause and that cause turns out to be untrue than that is definitely a wrongful term lawsuit.
