For people like TigerDoc, it goes far beyond this one instance. They want to eliminate a political outsider fighting back against the system. In no way is Trump tweeting about Yovanovitch while she's testifying anything close to witness intimidation per the U.S. Code. Not only that, but the President doesn't abandon his 1st Amendment rights at the Oval Office. But that's not the point. The point is to muddy this impeachment sham so that Trump cowers or his allies leave him. It is a quasi-fascist means of shutting people up. But Trump is a Nazi right?
