I’ve taken vitamin D, zinc, exercised and eaten healthy for 3 years.

Guess how long it’s been since I had so much as the sniffles?

Yet I have had 300-pound, cheeseburger-stuffing, soda-drinking diabetic chain smoking women tell me I’m a danger to their health by not wearing a mask or taking the experimental “vaccine.”

These people are retarded.

I would add 1000mg of Vitamin C 2-3 times per day plus a multivitamin as well to your stack!

I’m like you though, taking my chances with the natural route…

Body can only utilize either 500 or 1000 mg daily. It flushed the rest out of your system. At least, that’s what I remember when I researched it a few years ago.

I actually take that too, plus blackseed oil, dandelion leaf extract (in my coffee) and much more.

Knock on wood, but I'm a stage iv lymphoma survivor, and I got covid in one of the most obvious way one could catch something (no pics--just sharing certain things). I too have a natural and supplemental D regimen, and take zinc. Ideal metabolic profile and weight. Late 40s. I've had worse colds for sure.

I know there are many many factors, but the big ones (outside of age) are controllable.

Not necessarily…I had some knowledgeable Doctors swear by those doses. Regardless, if you max out the usage, it is better than undercutting it.

I’m a relatively healthy person. Work out 4 days/week of high intensity interval training. I rarely get sick, and hardly never take medicine or vitamins. Because of this I’m sensitive to some medicine (mucinex for one) and vitamins, makes me feel strange. Any multivitamins you recommend?

The main ones are vitamin D3 and K2, combined in liquid form. K helps the body absorb D. Vitamin D helps prevent cancer and viruses even though the FDA doesn’t like that claim (since pharma can’t make $ off it).

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is important too, but make sure you get it from a source that isn’t polluted with heavy metals.

Herb supplement wise I suggest everybody research elderberry, echinacea, and astragalus root.

Also dandelion leaf extract, fennel seed, and shakemic acid can prevent the COVID spike protein from attaching to the ACE-2 receptors in your body.

Turmeric is awesome too. No one really ever talks about it though.

Add vitamin K to your list, as it’s proven to maximize absorption of vitamin D.

Took all of that plus 1000 mg of Vit C, 30 ml of QNol liquid Tumeric twice daily, B-complex, plus twice daily milk thistle.

Still caught COVID and had to be hospitalized last year.

Hope they gave you HCQ, ivermectin, or budesonide combined with azithromicin and zinc.

Sounds like you might have another element of deficiency or toxicity in your body as those are the two factors that open the door to disease.
