...because given that now the commentary and analysis regarding the Russian meetings being an obvious frame job by US and U.K. sources is so prevalent that it’s in Yahoo, the WSJ and being talked about daily by Limbaugh...

Sessions is one of the bigger WTF subjects in a long time. I like Trumps strategy of "always be hiring" to continually upgrade but why Sessions is still there just boggles the mind

One reason could be that Trump knows if he fires Session now, the Democrats would do whatever is in their power to NOT APPROVE another head of the DOJ. This would leave Rosenstein the active Director with unfettered power over Justice until the midterms.
If by chance the Dems are successful in taking back the House then Trump has a Director that would be in opposition to any Trump policies or prosecution.

The thing that keeps me in the Stealth Jeff camp is something I've said here repeatedly: his boss is notorious for firing folks that aren't getting it done. His catchphrase was "You're fired" for cryin' out loud.

I wish I had some cypionate. When I cared to lift heavy I was up to 455 on bench and got there easier than I thought I would. Give me some gear and I could start eyeballing 500 by next spring. Either way, Lisa loves me for my brain.

Because Trump would play hell getting another AG confirmed that is as tough on Immigration as Sessions. Trump is not worried about Meuller; Trump's got the ability to Declassify/dump the whole sordid mess right into full public view if need be. He's playing the persecution card to get out the Base, and doing work in the Court/Bureaucracy trenches. Bidding time, in essence. Frustrates the hell out of His supporters though.
