And everyone is still at 0%, yet everyone not named Joe Biden is declaring victory, while Biden is lawyering up. What a clusterfrick.

Should tell you how awful Biden performed. Probably just beat out Amy for 4th place.
If last night had gone like normal and he followed that up with getting blistered in NH, he would be in serious trouble in SC

This delay only benefits Joe Biden due to the fact that he's projected to do so poorly in Iowa. Candidates like Sanders, Warren, and Buttigieg needed the publicity from a good showing for the purposes of momentum. If the polls had closed like they were supposed to last night and it came out within an hour or two that Biden finished fourth or fifth in Iowa, his campaign would have been on life support right then and there.
Now...for whatever reason...only about 50% of the data (if that) is going to be released around 5 EST. That's right around the time the networks are going to be jumping into State of the Union mode.
If this wasn't orchestrated to keep Biden from becoming a footnote, it sure as hell is one of the most convenient screw-ups in the history of U.S. elections.
