It’s amazing with the technology we possess that we can’t have a federal voting registry..

That allows each state to utilize and check to make sure each vote matches the correct SS number and signature and that only one vote has been cast. I know each state is responsible for its state elections but it seems like this should be a consensus no brainer. All this talk of election fraud can be easily fixed with common sense solutions.

That's because they don't want it "fixed." They don't think it's broken. This is the way they want it.

Based on what the deep state did to cover for Biden and Hillary, and did to disrupt the lives of Trump and General Flynn, I'm not sure I want them in charge of voter rolls.

A fixed voter roll/voting system is the deathknell for the Dems.

County after county reporting 110+% participation Yea it's working just fine!

Liberals don’t think that blacks can figure out how to use the DMV.

How would they ever register federally?

It would be nice to have a system on the SOS page where you enter your credentials and you could check your vote, to ensure nothing screwy happens.

Elections are state affairs.

Its up to the states although if fraud is involved than it could be a federal matter.

Agree! I wouldn’t be opposed to an agreement on certain federal guidelines for national/federal elections to reduce voting irregularities and voter fraud.

So, you don't trust your State to implement measures but you think your State is going to allow implementation at the federal level that is the State's job?

I would be significantly more afraid of the federal government knowing whom I voted for than I would knowing that I own firearms.

For one national election? Why not? The government already knows what it wants to about you anyway. If there was one unified national law regulating a presidential election we could do away with all these states laws that have become muddled to say the least. There is a law overseeing federal income taxes on how that is handled so why not the same for a national election?

The last thing our Representative republic needs is more Centralized anything.

Constitutional US Govt. is intended to be small and non controlling. At worst, Centralized US Govt. is intended to settle disputes between the States and to conduct International Business.

The US Govt. was never intended to be a Centralized Control over the Nation, rather it was intended to be a Mediator and International Agency on behalf of Decentralized Independent States.

So what specifically does it say about laws, not procedures, that affect a presidential election?

Try to buy hunting and fishing licenses without the correct information or live in the state the allotted time.

Don't pay your taxes, they will find you really quick.

They damn sure have all their ducks in a row when it comes to getting money out of you.
