Israel Expects Iran to Attack Very Soon from bases in Syria

Putin will have to decide very soon what to do here. My guess, Russia will step aside and allow Iranian forces in Syria to be decimated. In exchange for Russia being allowed to pseudo occupy Syria.

They have been bombing Iranian bases in Syria. However, Iran has established enough of a bulkhead to get attacks off and won't allow Israel to continue to bomb them without some kind of counter attack. The big surprise will be how heavily involved SA and other ME counties will be in the attack when Israel moves to eliminate the Iranian threat in Syria.

We all know Israel doesn't frick around when attacked, so IF Iran goes after them from Syria it's pretty much assured Israel will retaliate (against those forces in Syria at the very least).
What's Salman's stance? Salman and Israel have been warming to each other quite a bit over the past couple of years (even going so far as to recognize Israel's right to exist last month). He's also been working to create an anti-Iran coalition in the region (Jordan, Israel, UAE and a few others). If there's been any talk of mutual defense among this group, this could get real ugly real quick.

Israel may want a war with Iran in Syria, but Tehran has shown zero interest.
Iran will respond to the attacks, but it will probably be asymmetric, and at a later date, in a different venue.

Israel attacking can't considered retaliation since they have been attacking Syria, Iran, and Russia in Syria without being attacked themselves.
