Good thing he's in the country. It's hard to find Americans who will do the job of severing the heads of defenseless animals and then parading the head around on a stick.

Pena-Cedillo, police said, first attempted to strangle the cat. After failing to kill the cat, he then used a plastic bag to suffocate the cat. When that failed, police said Pena-Cedillo took an axe to the cat’s head.
Police said Pena-Cedillo took the cat’s severed head and allegedly placed it on a post in his backyard. The illegal alien allegedly told police he beheaded the cat to “show what he was capable of to someone he was living with.”
Now, Pena-Cedillo is being heled without bail in the Pinellas County Jail after being charged with animal cruelty. The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has requested that Pena-Cedillo be turned over to them for arrest and deportation should he be released.

No question his family probably wanted to get help for their screwed up son before, but couldn't because they're freakin' illegal. Just another reminder of how we have zero control over illegals in America.

I love cats. I have three.
I know it's not popular on the board. So spare me the "gross animal" shite. I have reptiles as well. Lots of them. I love animals in general. I'm still not a bleeding heart PETA fanatic but my views are another tale for another time.
This story made me sick reading it. Give me 5 minutes with that piece of filth and I'll give him a proper demonstration on how to cause a life to expire through means of bare hands.
