Is This the Worst Starting 6 months of a President ever?

In my opinion, Jimmy Carter was the worst President in my lifetime. That was until Joe Biden got elected due to the chaos brought on by the China Virus.
Joe's first 6 months have resulted in many changes to our quality of life and our country as we knew it, all of them being negative.
Jobs lost in the oil/gas industry, sloppy handling of Covid, Soaring inflation due to wreckless spending, Soft stand on foreign relations, open borders with illegals spreading Covid throughout the country, bashing of American citizens who only want to live by the constitution, exaggeration of January 6th protest, Lack of transparency, Biden's mental state, weakened military,
Resistance to proper voting rules & policies, bashing Georgia for their voting laws, promoting racial discard, etc, etc.

Objectively maybe only Hoover has done worse? The market crash hit 8 months after his inauguration sure, but I have to assume everyone knew it was coming, especially in FedGov circles in the WhiteHouse.
