Is there a chance the RNC kicks Trump out of the party?

Seeing the thread about Trump going after DeSantis - again - I was curious: Would the RNC just throw up its hands and say, "we've had enough, you're gone"?

DeSantis is the best governor in the nation and one of just a few people in the party that appear to be universally popular. Trump tries to drag him every chance he gets and DeSantis isn't even a competitor. Seems this is just weakening the Republican Party and fracturing it, so I'm curious if anyone thinks the RNC will jettison Trump and take their chances with him running Independent.

Lol Ronna f’ing McDaniel is heading the RNC. That should tell you everything you need to know about the GOP

If they do, Trump runs as an independent. That'll split the Republican vote and turniphead trips his way into another term. Well, Susan Rice and Obama will have another term.

It's in the playbook, just a question of do they turn to that page. I'd wager heavily that they will.

Better chance of kicking Out Hail Hail to Michigan.

Are you trying to suggest that the having the RNC "kick Trump out" of the Party would be something beneficial to DeSantis?

as much as they'd love to, they don't dare because it would be their death knell

ETA: I no longer claim to be republican after their behavior in 2016 and I've seen nothing since then to make me remotely consider changing my mind.

That’s preferred to the GOPe wing of the party vs. Trump wining.

We would just need Bernie to join Trump in running as Independents and we can blow up the whole system.

No. What I'm saying is that Trump is attacking the shining star of the party right now. I'm assuming that does not make the party look good and pisses off party leaders. So I'm asking if they might kick him out because of that.

It's just a question.

This is also ideal for us all. The REAL republican party should reform. I'd call us "OG Repubs"

Trump brings too much money into the RNC. The RNC is either going to change or become irrelevant

It’s one thing if Trump looses fair and square, but if they throw him out, they create a third party and a guaranteed defeat.

Like Project Veritas kicked James O'Keefe out? Yeah, they could.

On that note, O'Keefe started his new Op today; you can get a professional camera for a Grand and he'll teach you how to use it. You'll be a bonafide O'Keefe Media Group (OMG) insider citizen video warrior.

There will be some interesting video on that Site.
