Only within the corporation limits... "..for municipal purposes."

Let's think about Trump's Executive Orders that block and confiscate property and assets.

quote:

(a)  the term “entity” means a partnership, association, trust, joint venture, corporation, group, subgroup, or other organization;

Does this mean that he has shut down US Corp and ceased all of their assets to return them to the American people?

Because of this, the US Corp will cease to be at 12pm ET tomorrow and Joe Biden will NOT become 46th President

Military will take over and after much upheaval Trump will become 19th President, after 18th Ulysses Grant in 1871, of our new and free country around March 4 to start of April

As Trump said in farewell speech to the old US Corp, “our greatest days are ahead of us, we will prosper all like never before, God bless us all”

Gonna be interesting

Holy cow.

You do understand every city in America is structured as a corporation, right?

A municipal corporation.

Remember, the Incorporation of St. George?

"Shall St. George be INCORPORATED as a city?"

I don't think you understand it.

A municipal corporation is formed by a corporate charter issued by the state. Meaning a higher authority (the State) has to issue the charter for the incorporation of a municipality.

The United States of America gets its authority from the Constitution of the United States. There is no corporate charter from some entity to approve of the existence of the nation as the nation itself is sovereign.

What I read has to do with DC, not the US.

DC is basically a city, an INCORPRATED CITY, formed by the US (the higher power), not a state.

Actually the US constitution is what makes DC: Article I, Section 8, Clause 17.

quote:

The Congress shall have Power To… exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States…

Not quite a municipal corporation but legislation by Congress.

No, the U.S. is not a corporation.

Like LSUFanHouston said, D.C. is a municipal corporation. Here’s a LINK that explains the meaning of a municipal corporation. All cities are municipal corporations.

The U.S. isn’t a business entity. The sovereign citizen stuff that says otherwise is dead wrong.
