Is Jimmy Leblanc, DOC Secretary, a cancer to Louisana?

So many things happening under his watch. Either he is completely incompetent at his position or he is part of the corruption that is widespread under his watch. What say you?

the sheriff's association is a worse cancer. They are the head of the snake that has blessed us with Edmonson, Leblanc, Cain, etc.

He sounds like a good ole boy but is actually very independent of the D.A & sheriff's lobbies. He's been very adamant that the criminal justice system here is not sustainable.

Yet he makes sure which parish jails receive the most funding for housing state inmates. Not as independent as many would think.

Apparently, Dumbell, I mean Jon Bell Edwards, is satisfied with his performance. Investigative reporters discover more wrongdoings than Jimmy does and it's happening right under his nose. All he has to do to remain competent in Edwards' eyes is react to the investigative reports as they list the problems. Lazy is his forte'. Jimmy has to go!

The LSA and DOC have executive meetings once a month at various locations around the state. If the Sheriff’s wanted Jimmy gone he would be gone in 2 seconds.
