Is it possible to get 'here' without real true evil?

We've practically reached a point where we have trannies twerking in toddler's faces in Church.
Can a society reach this level of filth without a biblical type of evil existing?

You’re either seeking the Light, in the Light….or you’re a unwitting tributary for the darkness or a subscriber of the darkness. That’s about it.

Evil does exist.
It is ironic that those antagonistic to the Biblical God (the true God) often times bring up the problem of evil to combat such a belief when the problem of evil even existing as an objective reality is a problem only for those who reject the God of the Bible.
How do you identify something as objectively good or objectively evil if you have no universal and objective standard to define what those concepts are?
Yes, we live in an evil age where God’s law is mocked and righteousness is repudiated. We all should be praying for God to be merciful by changing the hearts and minds of the wicked, or display His perfect justice through them.

I am unabashedly a Christian, it won’t work out very well for them

Which is more evil? Evil itself or the One God who allows it to go on.
The devil is God's puppet.
The devil couldn't do anything without God allowing it to happen.
The devil isn't some rouge angel that God can't control.
God gave us Biden. God gave us our government.
We are required to pray for both. Especially when their boot is on our neck.

Grew up an atheist, starting with the blm witchcraft and what I've seen over the last two years, I am a firm believer in Jesus Christ.

Society has been far more evil in the past, than it is right now. Even after religion was created, society was still very evil, and really stayed that way until recently. 100 years ago even, was a totally different world than we see right now.

The most glorious act of goodness was the sacrificial death on the cross for sinners, where the eternal God became a man and suffered for the sake of His creation. Evil was necessary for that good act to occur.

It's all about perspective. You could also say that evil was simply more overt in the past.
Is overt evil worse than covert evil? Is submitting man to slavery more wicked than giving him the illusion of freedom?

You’re confused. The Creator gave man free will and it’s man’s free will that either turns from evil or allows evil to fester and grow.

I mean, evil is evil. Sin is sin. One isn’t greater than the other, but the world was most definitely more evil in the past, than it is right now.

It’s a blessing being a born again Christian but as a Christian you’re going to be required to stand for righteousness and for Christ….it’s not an easy path but there are rewards for those who stay the course.

Makes me think of a certain Bible verse Samuel L Jackson’s character in Pulp Fiction liked to recite.

This is kind of where I am. When I was younger, I was 100% convinced religion was a farce. Never in a million years would I guess we'd reach this point in my lifetime. The decline of the Church and the rise of filth seems like it could only occur if we were living in the predicted end times. It took evil to me make believe in God.

God gave us Free Will. Mistake in some cases.

What made y’all decide to look into Christianity? I grew up a very religious Christian person, and then went off to college, and during my last year of college, I knew that I really thought religion was a farce. This was something I battled with for a couple of years, and then finally made myself admit what I believe in. It’s been about two years since I decided all this, so I’m still pretty young, but I think about it all the time. Like I don’t know how I can reprogram my brain to believe in Christianity and religion again.

quote:Belief (faith) is not something you can make yourself have. It is a gift from God. However, God uses means to impart that gift. In particular, He uses the Spirit’s work through the preaching of the Word of the Gospel to change hearts and minds to not only be capable of believing, but assenting out of desire.

Hear the Word of the Lord and meditate on it: all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, but God so loved the world that He gave His only son, and if you believe upon Him, you will be saved.

Finding God is a lifetime search. Plenty of clues but you have to want to look and keep looking. Faith comes with time.

No
It is evil
Way beyond corruption.
It is pure evil that has taken over our government.
