yes I laugh at him everyday.

He just paid a lawyer $3m in advance then fired him cause he told him the truth on classified info....I laughed yesterday on that

And you are too stupid to realize that none of that affects your life at all.

Yet the guy you voted for has us on the verge of a major world war. His actions are already affecting your life and more severe consequences of electing Biden are on the way.

Because it's inconsequential.

Prior to the sabotage the assets were sitting there ready. Apparently now eastern Europe has only once source, Baltic Pipe. Whereas they could have had redundant sources and switched gas streams based on the best price. Russia would have likely won on price most of the time and the Baltic Pipe would have flowed only during high demand.

It's absolutely not inconsequential and is related directly to what Biden was saying

Germany has 6 nuclear plants and they shut down 3 of them. They were to shut down the rest at the end of the year. Germany has to keep them rolling.

I don’t believe this is a good set up for Germany…I don’t get why folks aren’t happy to use ALL means of energy. It takes a village.

Renewable energy sources delivered almost 46% of the electricity generated in Germany in 2021. Coal, natural gas and other fossil fuels accounted for nearly 41%, while nuclear power provided over 13%, according to the Fraunhofer Institute.

We are all worried because we don’t know who is running American now and we don’t understand their agenda.

But we know they don’t have America’s interest as their top priority.

But why? What could possibly be the reason at this point? Cut off gas to our allies which is already under threat of being cut by Russia? What is the strategic benefit?

Particularly when sanctions already stopped the one he is talking about in the clip from being commercially operational

Somehow that's "inconsequential" though

You still haven't explained how this is somehow in our interest

And why wait until now to do it? I'd say the more likely culprit is the guy who has been acting out of desperation the last few weeks.

Money from Germany to Putin helps fund his operations in Ukraine.

Cutting off NS2 physically stops money going to Putin.

At this point why doesn't the United States just declare war on Russia. it is clear that this is what the Biden administration wants. just a little conventional war. no big deal, Russia is too weak and it would take less than a week for the US to completely liberate the whole of Ukraine.

this is the war that boomers have been waiting for their whole lives.

I made this point indirectly in another thread.

So one town where the pipeline comes onshore had some number of protesters demanding that it be put into operation caused the US to sabotage the line?

Is the EU/Nato even seeking to embargo Russian gas? I'm pretty sure it's only oil and the gas threat is purely a Russian ploy. Nordstream 2 was blocked by Trump (I don't understand how) then it was permitted to proceed by Biden with Republican congressmen seeking to block his permission - all due to the danger of reliance on russian gas.

Again, how does it benefit the US position to cut a gas source off when the gas source is already threatened by Russia. Just straight forward how does this benefit the US position here?

Because we don't have to - we can fight a good ole proxy war, something we have effectively done many times over.

He's already cutting off that money himself plus he's dragging in untrained conscripts...his war is a disaster and he's wrecking their economy. It's hilarious that you think this was a necessary or strategic move to strengthen the Ukrainian position.
