The Dems made Willie Nelson literally a deal on his back taxes, cut 3 albums with all the proceeds going directly to the IRS. So it's not always used as a weapon against just conservatives, Willie's about as dumbshit a Lib as any. Good songwriter, just dumber than a doornail.

Because it's illegal under the constitution to confiscate property without due process.
Eventually, if the process plays out, they will do just that, but it will be done under a court order after a trial.
