Nothing official, last report was that contract negotiations were on going. Tate has said, before the resignation, that he was staying at LSU.

I heard through the grapevine that it was just discovered Tate plagiarized a speech and he is out. Not official. Cannot confirm. Hope it is true.

Wow. USC is a complete and utter dumpster fire right now from top to bottom.
They also recently pissed off their biggest donor (their business school is named after her) when they failed to even reach out and offer condolences after her mother's death.
