If it turns out there is a gay gene that can be discovered in utero, wouldn’t many women want to be able to abort the gay fetus.

It wouldn’t be a gay son, because it’s not a gay person. It would be more like the idea of a gay son that you’d be obliterating.

It’s a great troll concept, if you ask me. A liberal would simply say, “It’s not killing a gay person but you are still a bigot,” but bigotry is not the only reason one might have for choosing to prevent a gay person from coming into existence. A lot of gay people have a hard time because they’re gay. Why not have a kid who won’t have that as an issue?

Idk I think it’s interesting.

You'll notice that the 'gay gene' controversy always revolves around boys. There is never a 'lesbian gene'. Maybe Camille Paglia is right when she said lesbians are not born that way.
