And herein is going to lie the problem. The informant may very well have video of Russians or whomever showing cases of cash and saying they are for the Clinton’s or whomever, but does he have the actual exchange on video as well? If not, this will be easily debunked as a bunch of people staging something and saying something that never really happened.
You would have to literally have a Clinton on crystal clear video and audio with the their hand on the suitcase before anything happens to them. Even then someone would poke holes in that video.
