Just spitballing here but turnout in the primary was the lowest it has been in years.

Considering that Dems tend to piggyback off turnout by guys like Cleo Fields bussing people to the polls, it tells me either Rispone is doing good or JBE has a lot of “walk-in around money” to give people a check and a sandwich.
