You can physically hold someone and prevent them from looting or burning your business, but if you use deadly force, you will be charged with murder.
A Business owner is sitting in jail now because he shot a protestor who was trying to destroy his business last night.

What a shithole.

Look around the world at countries run by black and brown people. That's where we're headed. White guilt will be the death of us.

Following the logic of the “let’s get all the facts”, why is he not currently free like these cops?

If I knew riots like this were going to happen around my business(I don’t actually have one) I’d probably have to take a week vacation/stay somewhere out of town.

I’ve have to take myself out of the position to spend my prime years in prison. Because if I stayed, I’d end up in this guy’s shoes.

Because the victim died from a bullet so the cause of death is not in question, unlike the situation with the police.

And that’s the problem.

The government has set up system where we can’t defend our livelihoods from angry rioters.

And angry rioters are rioting because police are untouchable.

We should all be on the same side pushing back against government and police misconduct but noooooo.

Have they done ballistics? Are they sure it wasn’t self defense?

Are will they let all that occur while this man sits in jail?

You have to let them destroy your livelihood because they're angry. If the anger is justified then they can do anything they want, just stay out of the way.

I believe so.

You better be seriously close to getting injured if you want to get away with killing someone who is breaking into your store.
