"Why do they have that cold steel on my son's ankle?" he asked in an interview with CNN. "He can't get up, he couldn't get up if he wanted to."
"This is an insult to injury," said Justin Blake, his uncle. "He is paralyzed and can't walk and they have him cuffed to the bed. Why?"
The Chicago Sun-Times also quoted Jacob Blake Sr. that his son was handcuffed to the bed.
The Council on American-Islamic Relations, the nation's largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, demanded Friday that law enforcement authorities end the act of "torture."

Unless it applies to female genital mutilation.

Someone could carry him out

Because he's a wanted criminal.

Criminals get restraints in the hospital. Sorry pops.

Why does he have a nine-mile long rap sheet Unc? Dad?
Why didn't you raise him better to begin with so the police never would have had a reason to look for him?

How could he cry out to his daddy if he's unconscious?

Because there was a reason he end being shot Dad...
because he was shot and people are upset about it doesn't negate his crimes...
Secondly, he could get help from I don't know, a parent...or friend to leave the hospital if he were not handcuffed...
Questions?

I'm guessing it hasn't dawned on Dad that somebody could easily transfer him to a wheelchair and roll him right out the doors.
Much more difficult to sneak out an entire hospital bed...
But yeah, I'm sure it's probably just because all pigs are raciss n shite.

But isn't it about as pointless as the pat-down searches of blue-haired grannies boarding planes?

It's really too bad that "the family" is also untouchable.
Otherwise, a legit journalist could easily ask, "sir, isn't it true that your son had outstanding warrants before this incident?"
It may seem insensitive, but isn't that better than letting a false narrative go unchallenged?

He could flop out of bed and use his hands and upper body to crawl to his escape.

Why would anyone care what happens with this criminal?. If he's paralyzed below the waist, I'd cuff the SOB's wrists as tight as possible.

If he were a real father he’d know the answer.
Posted on 8/28/20 at 11:31 am to walley tux
Cause he's a Child Rapist.
